The trading environment
Hyperliquid is associated with blockchain-based trading infrastructure and an application offering spot and perpetual markets. A spot transaction and a leveraged perpetual position create different exposures, even when both refer to the same underlying asset. Read the rules for the specific product rather than treating the interface as one uniform service.
Separate the layers
The application, blockchain, wallet, token issuer and any transfer route are distinct components. A familiar interface does not remove dependencies on software, liquidity, network operation or the terms governing access.
